How can I mark something for review?

Hi,

Let's say I have a shared notebook that myself and my supervisor both work
on. Does OneNote have a way for me to mark a page so he knows to review it
and vice versa?

Thanks,

Not that I know of. I don't think anyone is working on a power toy to do
this either. (Though it would be a great one to have.)

What I suggest is to put a special note on the changed pages and just stay
in the habit of searching for that note. (kludgy, I know...)

As others mentioned, you can use tags to mark the text to be reviewed. If the
built in tags don't work, you can create new ones or modify old ones. Just
click on the drop down arrow besite the tag tool icon and select the
Customize my tags... option at the top. This gives you a simple dialog box
where you can define new tags.

I would suggest using multiple tags: a "ready to review" tag + a ToDo
checkbox tag.
Then, when the reviewer is done, he clicks on the ToDo box and it then has a
check in it. You might also want to create a tag for Reviewer Comments. IF
you set it up with a specific colored highlight, the comment text will all be
highlighted with that color. You can even set up personalized "reviewer" tags
for specific people.
