The notes are in your local message store (i.e., .pst file). You could
password protect your mail profile which would require you to enter the
password when you load Outlook (which then loads that profile, if
selected). While you are within Outlook, no further password is
required (it was only used to open the .pst file). Otherwise, delete
them and use a different cardfile utility.
