how can i 'mirror image' text in microsoft word program?

i'm trying to prepare 'words' not an image for use on iron-on photo transfer
paper. i know how to flip a photo using hp image zone....i just can't figure
out how to 'flip' words.

Probably best done with a backwards font. For example:

Oh, and you'll need to reverse the text as well ...
