How can I move my project 2003 from my desktop computer to my por.

I installed my licensed copy of Project standard 2003 three months ago on my
desktop computer in my office. Now I find I need that software on my new
portable computer. How can I do this. Can I unistall on the old computer
and re install on new. Both computers are mine and I use the same e-mail
address.
