How can I move Outlook Express files ...to Outlook?

I have been using Outlook Express (ver. 5) for several years on a ThinkPad
(running Win 95). I recently got a new ThinkPad (running XP Pro) and plan
to install Microsoft Office 97 including Outlook. I would prefer to run
Outlook on the new computer rather than Outlook Express.

Is there a way to move my Outlook Express files ... over to Outlook ... on
the new computer?
