How can I move Publisher2003 to a computer with just key code?

We have Publisher 2003 on one of our computers. We need to move this program
to another one of our computers and I have the key code, but not the original
CD. How can I do this easily, efficiently and cost-effectively? Can this
be done without purchasing another version of the program?

If it's a retail version, follow Gordon's directions and order a new disk.
It cannot be done with a disk.

If it was OEM, you can't transfer it to another computer.
