How can i not download calendar templates?

When trying to download a calendar template in ms word, I get the following
error: The template cannot be downloaded. Check that you have an Internet
connection. If no, connect and try again. Also, IE may be set to work
offline. In Internet Explorer, click Work Offline on the File menu to turn
off offline mode, and try downloading again. If you still get this message,
try again later.

This is in a corp envoirnment. They definately have an internet connection,
this happens for all users. Any ideas, comments, suggestions?

You may want to check your firewall settings to be sure that Word is allowed to access the internet and that your corporate setup is
allowing the download/activex controls used by http://office.microsoft.com/templates
to be in play.

Thank you for your time Bob. Everything checked out with the active x and
Internet settings. I will double check with networks on the firewall issue.
