How can I obtain a calender on my PC (ie veiw a month at a time

Please could you tell me how I can download a calender, for example show me a
month so I can type in diary dates and reminders etc. I have Windows XP.

Just use the calendar within Outlook. Instead of typing in each square on
the calendar you would just create appointments.
You can view and print the calendar within outlook by day, week, month, year
so it should give you everything you need.
