How Can I open an old Project 97 file without in Project 2000

How Can I open an old Project 97 file in Project 2000 - I no longer have
Project 97 available either on a PC or in fact the original disks. (i.e. I
can not do the standard suggestion of saving in Project 97 as an MPX file)

Appreciate any help you can give - I have a Project urgently needing this.

You need Project 98 to bridge the gap, sorry. If you no longer have it, you
may be able to pick up a copy on eBay at very low cost.

Thank You Steve - that was a concern of mine - more from a timescale point of
view than anything else.

Or I guess find someone still running a copy of MS Project 97 / 98 who can
save as MPX and return it to me.
