how can I open MS Project 2003 with Windows XP

just loaded templet for commercial project schedule.
But I am running on Windows XP and can not open the templet.
I did visit "fil ext" and "AGS Software Solutions"but no help.

Assuming it's a Microsoft Project template, you need to have and install
the product called Microsoft Project. See www.microsoft.com/project.
