How can I open .msg extension?

I use Office home and student edition however i have documetns stored with
..msg extensions that now cannto be opened. can anyone tell me how this can be
fixed. Please and thanks--

..msg are Outlook message files. AFAIK only Outlook can open them....

You can only open those with Outlook. Home and Student doesn't have Outlook.

For Office 2007, the Home & Student edition does not include Outlook.

You'll have to separately buy Outlook or buy an Office 2007 suite that
does include Outlook. Or you could search and trial an Outlook msg
viewer utility:
