how can i open the help index in office2003?

in previous versions there where an "index" in Help. Now in Office 2003, only
"table of contents" or "Microsoft Office Online" are available. Is ther an
option to get to the index?

Is it removed? as the Office Toolbar is not available anymore with 2003.

Gone like the dado but there is still a search function.
Look just below the blue title bar to the far right; Type a question for
help. Type here and press Enter

Actually the "dado" is still in use by todays carpenters. The "dodo" on
the other hand has been extinct for awhile.
