How can I open .wav attachments in Outlook 2003?

I was able to open and read .wav voice-message.wav attachments before I
backed my files with Maxtor Touch4. And now when I open an email message
with a voice-message.wav file theis is the message I receive: Cant create
file: voice-message.wav. Right-click the folder you want to create the file
in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions
for the folder.

Please provdie detailed instructions so I correct this problem.
