How Can I open Windows photos

I need to open Windows photos, to erase some photos, which I do not wish that
anybody sees, especially later that there used the Internet, the photos, they
remain watches directly, later when one opens to herself photon from the
e-mail, it turn out to be this that were seen in advance and I do not wish
you anybody any more to see them.

better ask this in a newsgroup or forum for your operating system, as
there does not seem to be a connection to Microsoft Word (which this NG
here is about).
