How Can I Post Addresses?

Sometimes, I'm out of town but can use a different computer to login to my
shell account and I'd like to be able to access my address book from there
(my outlook address book).

Does anyone know of a easy way or program that will allow me to post my
addresses from my address book to shell account?

What account are you using to access your Outlook mail? ISP web mail?
Yahoo! mail? Web2Mail?
