how can I prescreen postings to a FrontPage created discussion gro

Unscrupulous marketers have been posting links to their websites, and links
to "porn" sites on our discussion group. The frequency has risen to a level
where just deleting the offensive articles is insufficient. How can I add
prescreening to posts so thaey will only be posted after webmaster review?
