How can I press the tab and shift + tab keys with voice commands?

I tried using voice commands in Office XP to navigate around the program.
Although I can access the menu commands,, I am unable to move around in
dialog boxes by pressing the Tab and Shift + Tab keys using voice command. I
searched the Help and it sais that I can say Tab and Shift + Tab and that it
will press the respective keys. However it doesn't work. Is this a bug?
