How can I prevent Outlook from resizing and moving after restore?

I like to keep my Outlook window in the same place and same size, but when I
switch to a full-screen application, the window gets moved to a corner and
resized. The same thing happens with Internet Explorer.

Does anyone know how to maintain window size and position? Thanks.
