Ed

I would like tot be able to hand a paper timeline to team members and have
them write actual dates in the actual fields. However, the actual fielda are
populated with NA. How do I print the timeline without NA in the actual
fields?

you could also use text fields and rename the title.
but by getting dates for individual tasks and feeding that data into msp,
you'll not be using msp to do what it really should, work out the dates for
you.
What you should be really handing out is probably a preliminary schedule
asking team members to elaorate on the task list (scope), dependencies, and
durations.
