how can i print a form based on the user's input?

I was hoping it would work like the form that displays the filtered record
using the query but I cannot fix it to work that way. can somebody help me?

I want a pop-up that would ask what form number the user want to print and
it will show and print only this form.

Do you really want to print a form or a report? Are you asking for a combo
box the user can select a report and then have it print?

How did you want the report filtered?
