How can I print a tri-fold style calender with 3 different days-n.

I really like the tri-fold style calendar because it prints each scheduled
item with the entire time scheduled for that item blocked out. I've tried to
print the tri-fold style changing each column to "daily Calendar" but it then
prints the same day in all three columns. Is there any other print format
that shows the times to the left and blocks out the entire time (say 2-4) for
meetings, etc.? I am using Outlook 2002.
