In Outlook 2003, when I print an email that contains an attachment, the
attachment icons and the text is printed at the top of document. We use this
printed page as a mailing coversheet and when there are enough icons to wrap
to a second line, it moves the mailing address down the page. This causes
the mailing address to fall below the window of the 9x12 envelope we use. Is
there a way to have the icons print on the bottom of the email message so
that the first line of the message body are in a constant position?
