How can I print brochure correctly in Publisher

I created the brochure in Publisher, and then sent it to the professional
Printer. THey could not figure out how to print the brochure correctly.
They used the printer that printed both sides, and the back side came out
upside down. Then they tried to change the printing setting, and it came out
with 4 pages on one page.
I need to send out this brochure ASAP, and Your help is appreciated!
