About seeing the signature: use "allow users to sign this section" - as
opposed to signing the entire form. Then, right under the section, you
will see the digital signature details.
I appreciate your feature suggestion. Thank you.

Conversation: How can I print digital signature data on forms???
Subject: Re: How can I print digital signature data on forms???
Alex, I am not seeing an attachment. Also, even when I use one of the
templates (used absence request form for a quick test 10 minutes ago)
that
allows signatures, and sign it and then view a print priview, it doesn't
show
the digital signature details. Is there a setting I need to configure?
Do I
need to position the digital signature data in a control field? Any
help is
appreciated . I think it woudl ahve been nice for MS to add a
"Signature
Box" control that would be similar to Adobe's field.

I'm not completely sure I understand your requirements; InfoPath SP1
prints the digital signature. See a screenshot of Print Preview of a
signed section attached.
Good luck,
Alex @ Microsoft

I have looked everywhere on the help sites and all I seem to be able to
do
with digital sigs is to add one, sign certain sections, and then review
the
signatures electronically. But in certain circumstances, we need to
print
out the foirm and physically see the digital signature. Can anyone
please
tell me how to do this? Do I need to create another Active X Control?
Is
there programming?
