How can I print non-printing characters?

M

Marshall

I have a need to print a document and show the non-printing characters such
as manual line breaks, tabs, spaces, etc. for training and illustration
purposes. I have not found any way to print and actually show the characters
on the printed document. This would be very helpful in illustrating best
practices. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Take a screen print of your document with the characters showing and insert
it as a picture. I would recommend SnagIt from Techsmith.com for preparing
training manuals. It does much more than screen prints, and you can download
a trial version from the website. Hope this helps.

There are also several free screen capture utilities available. Try your
friend Google.
