How can I print on 7x3 label sheets

Hello everyone, I am Mario, I bought a box of Avery Dennison Format
compatable A4 label sheets and I having difficulty with the settings. Can
anyone please help me to find a template for printing on 7x3 ( 7cm x 4cm each
) sheets with a Hewlett Packard Deskjet 690C.

What is the Avery number? You have given us two size numbers. Have you scrolled
through the labels in page setup for an equivalent?
