how can i print pictures from outlook 2000?

I was able to insert pictures of contacts into outlook 2000 in the notes
section, but when i try to print the contacts the pictures disappear. Can
anyone tell me if i can do this or do i need to upgrade to 2003? i want to
be able to print a directory of contacts along with their pictures. Thank
you.
