How can I program the F keys so I can fill in forms?

I have this form that I fill out (on the internet) 50 to 70 times a day. I
lot of the information is always the same. I seem to recall you can program
the F keys so that when I came to one of these fields I would just push the
F7 key and it would fill in the information.
