How can I publish my website by using microsoft publisher?

I'm trying to publish my website that I have create through Microsoft
Publisher 2003. I follow the tuturial step by step. I use the Web Publishing
Wizard to post my web online. It starts to download and then it says that my
online server has been rest and therefore my connection gets lost. I need to
post this website because it pretains to my job. I have a host and I a bought
a site through godaddy.com. I called them for help and they say their not
familiar with publisher. I would gladly appreciate if I can get my problem
solve. Please feel free to contact me at 561-588-6262 Ext. 201.

I did buy the domain..Through godaddy.com..
I really just need to publish online. I did the website already..
