how can I put weights in stones and pounds into an excel spreadshe

I want ot record and then plot weights over a period of time. Will excel "do"
stones/pounds??

Try this: -

=INT(CONVERT(A1,"kg","lbm")/14)&" Stone(s) and
"&ROUND(MOD(CONVERT(A1,"kg","lbm"),14),0)&" Pound(s)"
