how can i read files created in later versions of project 98

I have MS Project 98, but have some files created in a later version of MS
Project. When I try and open the file Project recognises it as a later
version and suggests I download a file converter. I cannot seem to find this
converter, does anyone know where it is?

Hi Craig,
There is no converter.
The people sending you teh file should "Save As" Project 98.
