How can i read messages in original fonts but reply with my font?

I have my own custom font in replying to messages. However, another user told
me i couldn't see all of his colors that he'd put within his message. I want
to be able to read others' messages in their original fonts & colors, but
still have all my replies formatted with my own fonts & colors.

Is this possible?
