How can I read Outlook 2007 messages in HTML and images?

I am receiving emails, in HTML, or in RTF, but all of them are displayed as
plain text. I see no images, no colors, no strings... I've already tried
unchecking the box that says do not download images autimatically in messages
with HTML format or in RRS messages.
Can anybody help me?

Click Tools>Trust Center>E-mail Security. Is the "Read all messages as
plain text" option enabled?

I don't have access to any "markings" and had no way to know that.

It's a community feature which I think your newsreader doesn't support.
