how can i record my information at oneNote and send to database

i want to share my oneNOte in network then record my information in access
database or SQL injection ... what do i do?

OneNote has an API that you can use to access the notebook data at a very
fine granularity. Unfortunately trying to find decent information about it
on MSDN is like trying to find a gallon of milk that isn't expired in a NYC
bodega. Daniel has some great videos if you check out his blog -
