Hello.
I got a problem of printing reports on an Access database.

My report was design to have sub report on a report ,what can I do to fix
the problem~

A common cause for extra blank pages being printed is that the width of the
report is wider than can fit on the page.

Take a look at what your left & right margins are set to (under File | Page
Setup when the report is open in design mode). Then, look at what the width
of the report is defined as. The width plus the margins must be less than or
equal to the width of the paper.

Also, minimum left-right margin specs vary with specific printers (actually,
printer-drivers), even from the same manufacturer. So it may well be OK on
some printers and give blank pages on other printers (either horizontal or
vertical margins).

The only fix is more generous margins. There is no margin standard amongst
printers.
