How can I remove/disable keyboard shortcut keys for Outlook?

I can't tell you how many times I have wiped out composed emails with a
keystroke error, usually involving Ctrl+something. I never use the keyboard
shortcut keys anymore. How can I disable or remove them? Thanks!
