How can I remove French Grammar Udate Messages?

Office update offers French Grammar "Critical" Updates. Since I've selected
only English in my preferences, as I don't speak Frech and obviously don't
need these updates. How can I turn this off?

No, you DO need this update. The French, English and Spanish Grammar
checkers are installed by default in all Office 2003 versions. A flaw in
the implementation of the French Grammar checker, even though unused, give
potential hackers an open door to your operating system.

Install it immediately.
