How can I remove the block from ActiveX on my home pc?

[completely confused]

I need Activx for a program I am using on Online office microsoft program? I
cannot download this program? Something is blocking me from downloading
active to take lessons on making a web page.

Have your Firewall allow it. Put update.microsoft.com in your "trusted"
sites list.

Go to the windows updates newsgroups, since this is off topic...

Just a note of caution: Setting "Allow ActiveX Controls" to "Enable" is a
serious security risk. It is better to set it to "Prompt." A number of
viruses, trojan horses, adware and spyware are spawned by ActiveX Controls.
If the setting is "Enable," your browser will automatically install them
when you enter a page having one in it. With "Prompt," you have a chance to
intercept it, and either allow or disallow ActiveX controls on a
case-by-case basis.
