How can I remove the names of reviewers from a Word document?

The directions Beth posted did not work for me. I have Word documents for
which I must maintain the anonymity of previous reviewers. When I click the
"show" button on the reviewing taskbar, and follow to look under "reviewers"
I can still see all the names of the previous reviewers, even after I have
gone to Tools/Options/Security and checked the box for "Remove personal
information from this file on save" and saved the file. Did I miss something?

Assuming I'm the Beth you are referring to, I'm not sure what I posted
but the "Remove personal information from file properties on Save"
option refers to File/Properties - not tracked changes.

Could you refresh my memory?
