How can I remove the product key *post install* to be prompted again?

Here's the scenario:


We have a "campus license" for some MS products -- including Office
2003.


However, "personal computer" users can *not* use this license. They
must buy a "work at home" version of Office -- with a different S/N.
This is a recent change in licensing for us.


But, we would like to be able to continue install our "load set" onto
personal computers -- but this contains the "multiple install" version
of Office 2003.


Does anybody know if there's a way to "cripple" an *installed* (and
patched) version of Office 2003 so that:

1) We can remove the "multiple" serial number

2) Upon launch of one of the "crippled" Office apps, the user would be
prompted to enter the "work at home" license number.



We've found (through a quick search) some apps that would *replace* the
S/N with a different one.


But nothing that lets us remove the S/N and not allow use until
somebody entered a S/N later.


Anybody have any suggestions here?

the Product Key to continue.

Which is what we wanted.
