How can I reolve this error? "Foreign aplication won't perform DD.

I have a VB6 aplication that use word templates to create documents. Sometime
users have this error: "285 Foreign aplication won't perform DDE method or
operation".

What can I do? (rebbot won't work)

Contact the software manufacturer of the VB6 application and ask them to debug
it to fix the problem.
