Leave both the "Find what" box and the "Replace with" box empty. In the
"Find what" box, press Ctrl+U. In the "Replace with" box press Ctrl+U twice
and Ctrl+I once. Replace All.

Also, Ctrl-F doesn't get you Find/Replace, it gets you Find. Our
Japanese vacationer left out the step of clicking on the Find/Replace
tab.
