How Can I reply an email with the information of an excel file?

I have a list of scores and student id, name, and so on. This file is in
excel format. My student will write me an email with student id as the Mail
Subject. I would like to write a script that when my outlook 2003 receieve
such an email, it will auto find the corresponding score and reply this email
with the score he wanted.

I think this script is very useful for many body, because many of us will
face such a problem.
