How can I reset the menu/toolbar location?

Can anyone tell me how to reset the men/toolbar location, given that I can't
see any menus or toolbars in the Message Window?


I fat-fingered something. Now in the message window there is nothing above
the from address: No Title bar, No Menu Bar, No Quick Access Toolbar (or any
other toolbar), No Office Button, no Ribbon. I assumed I accidentally dragged
everything to the side. But I can't find it.
