Somehow the .msp file is missing causing me all manner of problems loading
Office 2003. Does anyone know how to restore it, please?

This means it has been deployed by your admin. So a solution depends heavily
on the method chosen. Eassiest method is to have it redeployed to you.

fairly new to problems!

Ask your admin to redeploy it to you.
