How can I restore Voting Buttom functionality to a message?

Chris

In our Exchange Server system I sent a message using Voting Buttons. I
subsequently forwarded this message, and now it no longer collates
responses as and when they are received. The icon associated with the
message has changed from an Info icon to a Forwarded icon.

How can I restore things such that it will collate responses?

How can I get it to pick up and collate responses received in the
interim that are sitting in my Inbox?

Can I manually add respponses to the Tracking tab? If so How?

oh dear. No good answers for you as far as I know.

You MUST leave the sent email in your sent items folder for tracking to
work. There's no fix. Re-do the vote is the best suggestion I can make.

Thanks Judy.

I know I can't move these messages until all the votes are in, so I
forwarded it from the Sent Items folder and left it where it was. What
happened was that the Forwarded message in the Sent Items folder
started collating replies rather than the original message doing the
job. So, since the people it was Forwarded to were all people who
hadn't replied to the original nothing lost just spread over two
messages.

You live and you learn.
