How can I restrict opening appointments in a shared calendar?

I default everyone to "reviewer" in my calendar but I don't want anyone to be
able to open my individual meeting appointments unless I have granted them
specific access for that purpose. I don't want to mark meetings as private as
I want everyone to know where I am. If I select "Folder visible" under
permissions while not selecting "Read items," then the folders are also not
visible on my calendar. I am running Office 2003.

Outlook does not provide the granularity of control that you seek.

Thank you. While I believe your answer, I know some people had been able to
accompolish this on prior versions of Outlook and this is a highly desired
function.

They might have used custom programming code or some third-party
application. Reviewer permission, however, implies the ability both to see
items in the folder and to open them.
