how can I resume download of SP2

I do not have broadband. My internet connecton is over the ordinary telephone
line. My internet service provider only allows me connection for 2hrs at a
time.

I tried to download SP2 and found it would take over 220 mins at my max
connection speed of 56kps. Everytime I restart the download after the
enforced break, the process starts from the beginning. Is there any way I
can RESUME the download from the breakpoint and so obtain the whole of SP2
over two (or more) internet sessions?
