How can I retrieve a forgotten logon password?

I keep a logon screen to keep out my daughter and son from my computer. The
problem is I forgot my password. Is there any way I can retrieve my password,
or acess my computer with a back door password?

If you are using WindowsXP with log-on screen, press Ctrl + Alt + Del twice
to get to the old-style log-on screen and use the user "Administrator"
without password. Unless you or someone else has modified this the
Administrator's password is blank.

BTW, this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database application) and not
general computer "access". If the above doesn't work for you, suggest you
re-post one of the relevant Windows newsgroups.
