HOW CAN I RETRIEVE DELETED E-MAILS FROM YAHOO?

Hello Everybody,

I am desperately trying to find out how to retrieve permanent deleted
e-mails which have been deleted from the trash bin, from my yahoo account.

I know for a fact that my ex partner managed to retrieve e-mails that I
deleted many months ago (obviously she is not going to tell me how she did
it). I would very much appreciate if someone out there would be kind enough
to tell me what process I need to follow (please take into account that I am
not a computer expert and hope that the instructions that you provide me will
be easy for me to follow).The e-mails that have been deleted are of vital
importance to me, and would be very very grateful if somebody would be
willing to assist me with this issue.

It might be advisable to contact Yahoo's support. This is not a Frontpage
problem.

according to yahoo's email help page, once its deleted from the Trash Bin
it's gone.
